About Katelyn...

First and foremost, I am a mom to two wonderful (and at times challenging) girls! 'Mom' will always be my favorite role.
As a parent, I struggled when my two-year-old still wasn't sleeping through the night. My experience working through her sleep concerns and eventual sleep success brought me to the world of pediatric sleep consulting. Restful and restorative sleep is extraordinarily important for the child and family. I am here to provide you with the tools to bring peaceful nights and happier days to your family and home.

For over 14 years, I have supported children and their families (including children on the Autism Spectrum and other related diagnoses) using practices based in science. This work has brought me extensive experience in all aspects of pediatric behavior, including bedtime avoidance behaviors, sleep challenges,  toilet training, improving sibling interactions, social and play skills, decreasing challenging behavior, improving mealtime behavior, and parent/caregiver support.
